Linda Cortez, 18, of Pemberick Road, was charged with breach of peace, said Lt. John Slusarz.
Police did not offer a reason for the physical fight.
The other teen, considered a juvenile under state law, was also arrested and is being handled through the juvenile court system, Slusarz said.
Cortez was arraigned and released without bail.
